About IVHS

Indian Valley High School is located in Gnadenhutten, Ohio and educates students in grades 9-12. 

The goal at Indian Valley High School is to provide a quality education that meets the needs of all students. We strive to ensure our students are prepared academically, socially, and physically to become tomorrow's leaders.  Through this collaborative effort with all of our stakeholders (students, teachers, parents & the community), Indian Valley High School has exceeded the requirement for each high school indicator on the building and district report cards for the past 10 years. 

Many extra opportunities are available for our students to build their self-confidence, character, employment skills, and to become positive role models in society.  We offer a wide variety of clubs and organizations for students to get involved in as well as boys and girls sporting teams that compete in the IVC (Inter Valley Conference).  In addition to the opportunities provided here at IVHS, eligible students also have the opportunity to enroll in the post-secondary option program to earn college credit.......tuition free!

Our Guidance Department is very active and supportive of students' needs, both personally and academically.  Last year 80% of our graduating seniors went on to continue their studies in various post high school experiences.  Those same graduates earned $1,200,000 in scholarships.
